Today, we continue into Chapter 4 of our Fractured Fairy Tale ColoriQue and Relics & Artifacts® Collaboration with ColoriQue Creative Dana Tatar.
Cinderella had a wonderful time at the concert with the Prince (and his cute butt), but as the night went on, Cindy began to realize that one fun night was not a stable foundation for a “happily ever after.” “I mean, what is this? A Disney story?” Cindy said to herself as she shook her head in amusement.
As Cindy heard the clock begin to chime midnight, she realized that the Prince did not know the smallest thing about her. How could he possibly love her?
Cindy finally had a taste of the freedom she so desperately craved and knew that she could not go back home to her old life. But she was not ready to settle down or settle at all for that matter! She knew she did not want to become some princess either. She felt that she would end up in another kind of prison, one of her own making.
Cindy ran out of the castle into the night, not even slowing down when she lost a shoe. She knew that she needed to find herself and figure out what she really wanted out of this life.
She had made her mind up. It was time to do some heavy thinking…
