A card maker’s dream set of inks, that’s what!
I made this card for a friend who needs a little encouragement right now. She has made a life changing decision and I wanted to let her know that I am proud of her and I hope she continues to follow her dreams. It was easy to give this card the bohemian theme I wanted using an assortment of coordinating papers and Theresa Collins Glam Green pigment ink.
- Assorted Bohemian Theme Paper
- Colorbox® Pigment Ink by Teresa Collins-Glam Green
- Arrow Rubber Stamp
- Letters Rubber Stamp (Follow Your Dreams)
- Metal Frame Embellishment
- Eyelet Rivets (2)
- Acrylic Rhinestone Embellishments (2)
- Paper Lace Embellishment ¼” wide
- Paper Arrow Die Cut
- Butterfly Embellishment
- Paper Lace Trim
- Glitter Glue, Green
How to make the Follow Your Dreams Card:
Layer assorted bohemian themed papers on the front of card. Cut a piece of cream paper to fit inside the metal frame embellishment. Using Colorbox® Pigment Ink by Teresa Collins, Glam Green stamp the arrow stamp onto cream paper. Add a little glitter glue to the stamped feather.
Place the Metal frame onto card and mark holes on the sides. Glue the feather paper to card show it shows in the center of frame. Attach frame to card using metal eyelets. Glue rhinestones on top of eyelets to cover.
Affix arrow to front of card and add butterfly embellishment. Trim the edge of the card with paper lace. To complete the inside of the card, add coordinating paper to the left side. I added a “Dream Big” sticker to mine and then trimmed it with the paper lace.
